General conditions

Open from Easter to November.
- Minimum stay Low Season: 3 days
- Minimum stay Midle Season: 1 week
- Minimum mstay High Season: 2 weeks
Midle and High Season: arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 3 p.m, departure before 09 a.m
Prices include the full inventory of each apartment, parking, satellite TV, washing machine, etc
Prices do not include sheets, towels, kitchen cloths. All this material can be hired.
All beds are single beds.
The rental price includes: Final Cleaning, Internet WI-FI, water, gas and electricity (AC / heating).
Baby cots and high chairs available.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Only families accepted. Groups of young people are kindly requested not to apply.
NOTE: The apartment can only be occupied by the maximum number of people indicated for each apartment.
The company is not responsible for objects or values left in the housing

Reservation conditions

Payment details

50% Upon booking (by Bank transfer or Credit card)
50% Upon arrival
Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation voucher that you will have to deliver on the arrival day.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking request before issuing the voucher and/or in the case of not receiving the advance payment or proof thereof within seven days from the date of the contract.

It sets a maximum quota for 7 days of stay per person.
